Account Setup

Complete your Rembrandt account setup to start using all features.

Setup Steps

1. Email Verification

After creating your account, you'll receive a verification email.

  1. Check your inbox for an email from Rembrandt

  2. Click the verification link in the email

  3. You'll be redirected back to Rembrandt with your email verified

Note: MCP integration is coming soon.

2. Organization Selection

Choose or create an organization to organize your team and data.

Select Existing Organization

If you've been invited to an organization:

  1. You'll see a list of organizations you're a member of

  2. Select the organization you want to use

  3. Optionally, set it as your default organization

Create New Organization

If you're setting up a new organization:

  1. Click Create New Organization

  2. Enter your organization name

  3. Complete the setup process

3. Profile Completion

Complete your profile to personalize your experience:

  1. Personal Details

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Optional: Organization name (for certain account types)

  2. Subscription Setup (if applicable)

    • Choose your subscription plan

    • Complete payment setup

Once your profile is complete, you'll have full access to all Rembrandt features.

MCP Integration

MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration for AI assistants is coming soon.

Why do I need to verify my email?

Email verification ensures account security and allows us to send important notifications about your account and data.

Can I skip organization selection?

No, organization selection is required. Organizations help organize your team, data, and access permissions.

What if I can't complete a step?

If you're having trouble with any setup step:

  1. Check your email for verification links

  2. Ensure you have the necessary permissions for organization selection

  3. Complete all required fields in your profile

  4. Contact support if you continue to have issues

After Setup

Once setup is complete:

  • You can access all Rembrandt features

  • Connect MCP to Claude Desktop or ChatGPT (coming soon)

  • Connect CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Invite team members to your organization

  • Configure organization settings
