Account Setup

Complete your Rembrandt account setup to start using all features.

Sign Up

You can create a Rembrandt account in two ways:

  • Email and password — Enter your business email and choose a password

  • Google — Click "Sign in with Google" to use your Google account

Setup Steps

1. Verify your email

After creating your account, you'll receive a verification email.

  1. Check your inbox for an email from Rembrandt

  2. Click the verification link in the email

  3. You'll be redirected back to Rembrandt with your email verified

Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email. If you signed up with Google, your email is verified automatically.

2. Complete your profile

Fill in your personal details:

  • First name

  • Last name

3. Set up your subscription

If applicable, you'll be guided through:

  • Choosing a subscription plan

  • Completing payment setup

If your organization has already set up billing, you may skip this step.

4. Select or join an organization

Choose how you want to get started:

If you've been invited to an organization:

  • You'll see a list of organizations you've been invited to

  • Select the one you want to join

  • You'll have the role that was assigned when you were invited

If you're creating a new organization:

  • Enter your organization name

  • Complete the setup process

  • You'll be the Owner of this organization

After selecting an organization, you'll be taken to your Dashboard.

After Setup

Once setup is complete, you can:

  • Explore the Dashboard — See your pipeline intelligence overview

  • Configure your intelligence — Set up domains, frameworks, and agents (see Signals Guide)

  • Invite team members — Owners and Admins can invite members from Settings > Organization > Members

  • Connect integrations — Link your CRM, set up MCP for AI assistants, or use the REST API (see Integrations)

Common Questions

Why do I need to verify my email?

Email verification ensures account security and allows Rembrandt to send important notifications about your pipeline activity.

Can I skip organization selection?

No, an organization is required. All your data, settings, and team access are organized within an organization.

What if I can't complete a step?

  1. Ensure your email is verified — this must be done first

  2. Fill in all required profile fields

  3. Complete the subscription step if prompted

  4. Contact support at support@rembrandtagents.com if you continue to have issues

Can I change my sign-in method later?

If you signed up with email/password, you can continue using that method. If you signed up with Google, use the Google sign-in button.
