Execution (Qualification + Outreach)

The end-to-end flow from signal to meeting. Internally — and in the app — we call this whole thing "Execution". It covers two stitched-together phases that share one opportunity record:

Qualification — review the evidence, decide whether it's worth pursuing.

  • Configure review stages with role-based assignment and SLA tracking.

  • Advance or reject opportunities with structured feedback.

  • Automatically resurface rejected opportunities when new evidence appears (shown as a small Resurfaced × N indicator, never a separate status).

Outreach planning & execution — build and run the campaign.

  • AI-identified buying units and enriched contacts.

  • Personalised multi-channel copy (email, LinkedIn, cold call, ABM) grounded in the opportunity's evidence.

  • Timeline design and in-app send assistance.

  • Copilot available on every step.

When outreach is done, mark the opportunity Converted (handoff to sales) or Lost (with optional reason) on the Qualification tab — closing the loop.

Organization Management
