Authentication Issues

Can't Sign In

Problem: Unable to sign in to your account

Solutions:

  • Check that you're using the correct email address

  • Verify your password is correct

  • Try resetting your password if needed

  • Ensure you're using the correct login URL

Email Verification Issues

Problem: Not receiving verification email or link expired

Solutions:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Request a new verification email

  • Ensure your email address is correct

  • Contact support if emails continue to not arrive

Account Setup Required

Problem: Seeing "Complete setup" messages even after signing in

Solutions:

  • Complete email verification

  • Select or create an organization

  • Finish your profile information

Organization Issues

Can't Select Organization

Problem: Unable to select or create an organization

Solutions:

  • Check that your email is verified

  • Contact your organization admin if you've been invited

  • Create a new organization if you're setting up a new account

  • Contact support if you don't see expected organizations

Missing Organization Access

Problem: Don't have access to expected organization features

Solutions:

  • Verify you've selected an organization

  • Check with your organization admin about permissions

  • Ensure your account setup is complete

General Issues

Page Not Loading

Problem: Pages don't load or show errors

Solutions:

  • Refresh the page

  • Clear browser cache and cookies

  • Try a different browser

  • Check your internet connection

  • Contact support if issues persist

Data Not Showing

Problem: Expected data not appearing in dashboard

Solutions:

  • Verify your account setup is complete

  • Check organization selection

  • Ensure you have proper permissions

  • Contact support to verify account status
