The HubSpot integration allows you to:

Prerequisites

A Rembrandt account with completed onboarding

Organization access in your Rembrandt account

A HubSpot account with admin or integration permissions

Organization owner permissions in Rembrandt (to connect integrations)
Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Access Integrations

Log into your Rembrandt account

Navigate to Settings → Organization → Integrations
-
Find the HubSpot card in the CRM Integrations section
Step 2: Connect HubSpot
-
Click Connect HubSpot button
-
You'll be redirected to HubSpot's authorization page
-
Log into your HubSpot account (if needed)
-
Review the permissions being requested
-
Click Allow to grant permissions
-
You'll be redirected back to Rembrandt automatically
Step 3: Verify Connection
After authorization, you should see:

✅ Green checkmark next to "Connected"
-
Sync Now button (for initial sync)
-
Disconnect button
A success message will confirm the connection.
Step 4: Initial Sync

Click Sync Now to start the initial sync

This will sync all companies from HubSpot to Rembrandt
-
The sync process runs in the background
-
You'll receive a notification when sync completes
Note: Initial sync may take several minutes depending on the number of companies in your HubSpot account.
How It Works
Syncing Process

Initial Sync: Full sync of all HubSpot companies when first connected

Automatic Sync: Incremental syncs run automatically to keep data up to date

Manual Sync: Click "Sync Now" anytime to trigger a manual sync
Data Mapping
Companies from HubSpot are mapped to Rembrandt accounts:

HubSpot Company ID → Rembrandt Account

Company fields are mapped automatically
-
Custom fields can be configured in integration settings

Managing the Integration
View Sync Status

Go to Settings → Organization → Integrations
-
Click on the HubSpot integration card
-
View sync status and last sync time
Manual Sync
To trigger a manual sync:

Go to Settings → Organization → Integrations
-
Click Sync Now on the HubSpot card
-
Wait for sync to complete
Disconnect Integration
To disconnect HubSpot:

Go to Settings → Organization → Integrations
-
Click Disconnect on the HubSpot card

Confirm disconnection
Note: Disconnecting will stop automatic syncing but won't delete existing mapped data.
Troubleshooting
Connection Failed
If connection fails:

Verify you have admin permissions in HubSpot
-
Check that you're logged into the correct HubSpot account

Ensure organization owner permissions in Rembrandt

Try disconnecting and reconnecting
Sync Not Working
If sync isn't working:

Check that the connection is still active

Verify HubSpot permissions haven't been revoked

Try manual sync

Data Not Syncing
If data isn't syncing:
