Manage your organization, team members, roles, and settings in Rembrandt.
What Is an Organization?
An organization is your team's workspace in Rembrandt. It contains your data, settings, members, and integrations. All data is scoped to your organization — members only see data belonging to the organization they have selected.
You can be a member of multiple organizations and switch between them at any time.
Roles
Rembrandt has two types of roles: organization roles that control platform access, and sales roles that are used for qualification pipeline assignment and territory management.

Sales Roles
Sales roles are separate from organization roles and are used for the Qualification Pipeline:
|
Sales Role |
Purpose |
|---|---|
|
BDR |
Business Development Representative — typically handles initial qualification |
|
AE |
Account Executive — typically handles deal-level evaluation |
|
Sales Director |
Oversees the qualification process, has override authority when role-based permissions are enforced |
Sales roles are optional. Not every team member needs one — they are only relevant if you use the qualification pipeline with role-based stage assignment.
Organization Settings
Organization settings are only accessible to Owners and Admins. Navigate to Settings > Organization from the sidebar.
Members
Manage your team from Settings > Organization > Members.

-
Choose an organization role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer — Owner cannot be assigned via invite)
-
Optionally choose a sales role (BDR, AE, or Sales Director)
-

The invited person receives an email with a link to accept and join the organization.
Bulk invite via CSV: You can import multiple invitations at once using a CSV file. The CSV import supports email, role, and sales role columns.
Timezone
Set your organization's timezone from Settings > Organization > Timezone. This affects SLA calculations, notification timing, and scheduled operations.

Manage your subscription and billing. View your current plan, usage, payment history, and manage your subscription.
Switching Organizations
If you belong to multiple organizations, you can switch between them using the organization switcher in the sidebar. Click your organization name and select a different one from the dropdown. You can search by name if you have many organizations.
Your selected organization determines:
-
Which data you see across the platform
-
Your role and permissions
-
Which integrations and settings apply
You can also view all your organizations from Settings > Profile > Joined Organizations.
Signing In
Rembrandt supports two sign-in methods:
-
Email and password — Create an account with your email
-
Google — Sign in with your Google account
Email verification is required for all accounts.
Common Questions
Can I be in multiple organizations?
Yes. You can be a member of multiple organizations and switch between them at any time using the sidebar switcher.
Who can invite team members?
Owners and Admins can invite new members. Editors and Viewers cannot send invitations.
What is the difference between organization roles and sales roles?
Organization roles (Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer) control what you can access and configure in the platform. Sales roles (BDR, AE, Sales Director) are used by the qualification pipeline for reviewer assignment and override permissions. They are independent — an Editor can have a Sales Director sales role, for example.
How do I create a new organization?
New organizations are created during the onboarding process when you first sign up. If you need an additional organization, contact support.
What happens if I leave an organization?
You lose access to that organization's data, settings, and integrations. You can still access other organizations you belong to.
