Contact enrichment

Your CRM knows the people your team has already met. Contact enrichment is how Rembrandt finds the ones nobody has met yet, at the accounts you are pursuing.

Provider

ZoomInfo

Contact search and enrichment on your own ZoomInfo contract

It runs on your contract

Rembrandt orchestrates the searching and the selection. It is not a contact database and it does not resell anyone's data. Every search and every credit is drawn against the account you connect, under your own agreement with that provider.

You describe the people, once

Sourcing does not look for everyone at an account. It looks for the groups you named, under Settings → Organization → Contacts:

  • Title families are the groups of job titles your team already works with, such as Finance Leadership or IT Audit.

  • Search filters say what a search must never come back with, so near-miss roles are dropped before they cost you anything.

Both are set by an Owner or Admin and apply from the next run onwards.

Nothing is revealed without your say-so

Finding people and revealing their contact details are two separate steps, and only the second one costs credits. A run searches, reports who it found and what revealing them would cost, and stops there. You approve before anything is spent.
