Rembrandt plans the outreach and writes the copy. Your sales tool sends it. A sales delivery connection is what carries the second half.

How it works
Your tool owns the sequence. You build the cadence there, the way your team already does. Rembrandt imports it so it knows the shape: which step goes out on which day, on which channel.
Rembrandt owns the words. Each imported step is mapped to a field in your tool. When a contact is enrolled, Rembrandt writes the generated copy into those fields, and your tool sends it on its own schedule.
That split is deliberate. Two systems editing one cadence drift apart, so each owns the half it is best at.
Setting it up
-
Connect the platform under Settings → Organization → Integrations.
-
Import the sequence under Settings → Organization → Sales → Sequences. Only email, call and LinkedIn message steps come across. Anything else stays in your tool and is greyed out in the preview, so the timing you see in Rembrandt matches what your tool will actually send.
-
Map each step to a field. A subject field and a body field for email, a copy field for LinkedIn, a contact property for a call script.
-
Pick a message structure per step, so Rembrandt knows what to write.

Re-sync from platform pulls the timing across again when it changes on their side. Your structures and field mapping stay.
Leave a field unmapped and that step keeps whatever copy your own template already has. A step with a subject mapped but no body is flagged, because that is the case where generated copy silently lands nowhere.
Once outreach is live
A campaign that has been delivered is frozen on the Rembrandt side. The sequence cannot be changed, contacts already enrolled keep the sequence they were enrolled on, and the campaign header says editing happens in your tool. You can still add new people.
If the connection drops
The sequence keeps your saved field mapping and says the platform is not connected. Reconnect from Settings → Organization → Integrations and it picks up where it was. Nothing is re-sent.
