Connecting, importing a sequence and mapping fields work the same for every sales tool, and are covered in Sales delivery. This page is what is specific to Outreach.
Auto-fill the mapping
Rembrandt can read the fields available on your Outreach sequence, so you do not have to map each step by hand. The sequence menu offers Auto-fill all to map every step at once, and Clear all to start over.
Check the result before saving. Auto-fill matches on the obvious candidates, and a sequence with unusual field names may need a correction.
Threads
An email step is either a new thread or a reply in the existing one. Reply in thread keeps the existing subject in Outreach, so Rembrandt writes only the body for that step and leaves the subject alone.
That is why a reply step has no subject field to map.
Re-syncing
Re-sync from platform refreshes the day, channel and order from Outreach. If you have unsaved mapping changes, save them first. Rembrandt asks rather than discarding them.
